Our Booking & Refund Policy
Deposit & Payments: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation dates at Pura Vida House. Payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits and balance payments made are non-refundable, however are fully transferable within 2 years of the original reservation date.
Cancellation: You may cancel for any reason, and we will retain any deposit/balance payments made. You will have 2 full years (24 months) to re-book and fully apply any payments made.
Full Refund: A full refund of the deposit and/or balance payment will be refunded due to any uncontrollable government issued travel restrictions (border closure) related to COVID-19 (coronavirus).
